Who Benefits?

“We’re learning about healthier options. The recipes are good and easy to make. My family has loved everything we’ve made!” – Elida, Class Participant

Operation Frontline classes are developed for low-income populations. Classes are free to all participants. We offer hands-on cooking and nutrition education classes to:
·         Adults
·         Children ages 8-12 years old
·         Teenagers
·         Teen parents
·         Parents and children together
·         Family Childcare Providers
Operation Frontline recipes are designed to be low-cost and nutritious. At each class, participants receive a bag of groceries to prepare the dishes that they learned in class at home for their families. Some of our participants’ favorite recipes include Barley Jambalaya, Haitian Chicken and Pineapple Carrot Cupcakes.
